Mark Williams, president and founder of Williams Sport, LLC will provide everything in the areas of speed, agility and strength training that every player, coach and team need to get to the next level!  Mark Williams's system is a program based on results and has a no nonsense approach!

Mark has trained professional clubs such as the Metrostars of Major League Soccer and players such as Tim Howard, Goalkeeper for Everton Football Club and US National Team. Mark is also currently the Strength and Speed Coach for Jersey Sky Blue of the W-League.

Mark can design and implement strength and speed and agility training programs that any coach can implement into everyday training. The consulting service is different from other training programs because you will learn the methodology behind the program and how to integrate it into your coaching style/approach/philosophy.  Williams Sport is about training and each program will have an explanation of each area Under Williams Sport Training program.  Every player and coach will receive Mark’s strength training manual that will help any player design a strength-training program that works!

Your team or club has a choice of two programs to choose from:

Individual Team Package:

  1. Williams Sport will implement a successful speed and agility program that not only will condition your players as they do it but also will make them understand the purpose of why they are doing it.
  2. Williams Sport will implement a plyometrics and strength program that players can use on the field during training sessions. This session will bridge the gap between speed and power on the field!
  3. Williams Sport will provide a strength-training manual that players can use off the field. This manual is for sale on the site but through this offer the players will receive it for Free!
  4. Williams Sport will provide a t-shirt for every player and coach that is directly involved in the Program.
  5. The ability to consult with Mark on any questions and answers you might have involving the training.

Details:

  • Duration: Two Session that will be approximately 2 to 2 and half hours each training session. Each session will have time for questions and answers.
  • Price:  Please call WST at 973-650-4813 for a price quote including travel and training itinerary.

Club Package:

  1. Williams Sport will implement a successful speed and agility program by training the coaches so they will able to put the players through sessions.
  2. Williams Sport will implement a plyometrics and strength program that the coaches can use on the field during training sessions. This session will bridge the gap between speed and power on the field!
  3. Williams Sport will provide a strength-training manual to coaches and players can use off the field. This manual is for sale on the site but through this offer the players will receive it for Free!
  4. The ability to consult with Mark on any questions and answers you might have involving the training.

Areas involved with the Williams Sport Training Strength, Speed and Agility Programs:

  • Warm-ups that can be used to for Pre-game or prior to practices. This warm-up is a combination of dynamic and static stretching that will help ramp up the nervous system and prepare the players for the speed and agility sessions or games.
  • First Step Quickness: Explanation and Process on how to improve it and reasons behind it.
  • Exercises to directly work on First Step Quickness and covering the most important distance in the game 5 to 10 yards!
  • Injury prevention agility based programs that will help keep your player’s healthy all season long.
  • Plyometrics program that will assist the players in the areas of power development.
  • On-Field strength training program that will assist in injury prevention and will improve the overall strength and performance of your players.
